I recently bought a new sound system from Car Concepts. Kalob Smith and the whole team at CC did such a great job! The system they recommended was just right for my car and my budget. There was no pressure to buy anything I did not want or need. The price was good and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. At one point, shortly after the installation, the system started having some issues. I brought it back and Kalob and his team were able to identify a problem that was unrelated to the system they had installed. They fixed that problem and did not charge me anything for it. These guys are honest and very good at what they do. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Had such a great experience with Car Concepts I feel the need to let everyone know. I needed my windows tinted last minute today. A friend of mine recommended them and gave me their number. I immediately contacted them, and to my surprise they got me in immediately. Within 2 hours they were finished, and the tint looked amazing! Can’t say enough about my experience working with Car Concepts. They were thorough communicators, extremely personable, nice, a great price and overall great customer service. Each time I've gone in has been nothing but GREAT. Went to schedule an appt to have some aftermarket lights hooked up, and they squoze me in to get it done that day. 100% satisfied with the result! Exactly what I asked for and professional quality. 1 week later, and I'm instantly recognized, complimented on my truck and quick to get me set up on my next upgrade, sound system. Lots of options, and all quality products. Very willing to work on custom requests, and I'm quite picky about my truck. Everyone is super friendly, and customer service is exceptional! I can't wait to go back, they've got mine and the husband's business hands down in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

These guys are awesome! I purchased a viper remote start system from them two years ago. My battery died and my key fob stopped working. I brought it in and not only did they fix the key fob, replace the battery in the key fob, programmed a new key fob for me, but did so all at no additional charge. I purchased this and had it installed two years ago!!!!! What happened wasn’t in any way their faults. I completely expected to pay for an hour or more of labor when I brought my truck in. They absolutely took care of me and I will always come back if I have a car audio lead.
