My husband and I bought a used 2009 Subaru outback in February. It's a great car, but we were having troubles with the amp which was built into the head unit of the vehicle. We took it to many places to have them look at getting the head unit replaced. Turns out, it was super complicated and no other business would attempt it without us putting in over $2k. We took it to car concepts and they knew what needed to be done. We had to order a special part from Japan, and had to wait until the part showed up to get it fixed. It took them almost a full day, but they were able to change out the old head unit and put in the new one! All of the issues we were having was gone, and it was done for under $1k. I HIGHLY recommend them!
