Car concepts has always been there for me! I’m a guy that likes to do my own work and they respect me for it! One time I was having issues Installing a subwoofer and not only did their installer Paul help me but he face timed me and guided me through the whole thing and helped me get it working perfect! He took time out of his work day to help me. Most car shops would not do that for you. They’d just say bring it in and let us do it. But car concepts loves to help either way they can! Those guys are the best! Thanks Paul again for helping me. you’re awesome!

Plus the employees are the best to work with so understanding, and so friendly! I had a car stereo system installed a year and a half ago, and recently my speakers stopped working. I called and they got me in quickly. They looked over things and fixed a problem that wasn't their fault in the first place and didn't charge me for it. Will definitely be back for my future car stereo needs!

A car, hands free bluetooth system was sent to me as a gift. I called several local places to see about install. No one would do it because I didn't purchase product from their store. Called Car Concepts, Kaleb answered and had me come right in. The wait was short, everyone was honest and friendly and the price was completely fair. Super happy. I will return for more purchases and installs.

I came into car concepts with a set appointment, for window tint, in which right when I walked in I was being assisted. Kalob Smith a representative at the front, welcomed me in asking if I was his 2:30 appointment, therefore we then discussed differences between tint, legal limits, along with different pricing options they offered (in which are very competitive). Once coming to my liking for tint, I handed my keys over to Kalob in order for his installer, Mike Banta, to begin the process. I did decide to wait, in which they have offered a very nice & comfortably waiting area. Dimmed lighting, along with comfortable captain chairs... & a tv. Almost hard not to fall asleep! Throughout the waiting process, which took 3 hours, did not feel terribly long. With their comfortable amenities it was a pleasing buying experience. Kalob gave me a very well insight of what I was investing in, such as saving $$ due to reduced time of A/C, along with increased privacy in which decreased the amount of sun rays entering the windows. He is very well knowledge, along with Mike the installer himself. Coming to receiving my vehicle upon completion, Mike did advise me that it took longer than expected due to a scratch he found on the driver side tint. Because of that, he did go the extra mile of removing the tint & applying a new one. He then performed a quality check, once again, over his work to ensure no flaws. I was very happy with this buying experience, knowing that they are also backed with a lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind. From setting up the appointment, to the very end it has been a very easy and respectful buying process. COVID restrictions were taken action between their workers as well. They kept their mask on, their distance along with ensuring PPE supplies were accessible.
